Badge Pick-Up
Badge pick-up will be available starting Monday, August 3 at noon. You can pick up your badge at the registration counter located on the 4th floor of The Westin Copley. View the Schedule at a Glance for full registration and badge pick-up hours.

We highly recommend picking up your badge early on Monday to join us at the Welcome Reception, sponsored by Variabl, and so you can jump straight into the conference when it kicks off Tuesday morning. 

Download the Mobile App.

The conference mobile app, sponsored by SAP, is your one stop shop for connecting with fellow attendees and planning your day.

The mobile app will launch on July 21.

1. Connect. Click on "Participants" in the app menu to see your fellow participants' profiles. Click on a specific participant from the list, and then the "Connect" lightening button to exchange details. Don't forget to update your own profile!

2. Plan. Use the "Agenda" feature to look at all available sessions. Look through the sessions and add them to your agenda in the app to plan your days. 

How to Download and Access the App:

  1. Download the WorldatWork Meetings app from the Apple App Store / Google Play Store. Click on "Get started."
  2. Enter your email address used to register then click "Continue." You will receive an email to activate the event. 
  3. Open the email from your mobile device. To activate your account, click on the link in the email.

Personal Agenda in the Mobile App
Use the "My Agenda" function in the conference mobile app to create your personal schedule. The mobile app will launch July 21.
