Jacob Mathew, is the Co-Founder & CEO of LINEN Cloud. He has led several enterprise transformation programs in Sales & Finance Planning. He has experienced first-hand that sales and finance planning processes often fall short of meeting revenue, and that companies often struggle with poor Territory & Quota planning, ineffective GTM and sales force attrition.

Living though these challenges faced by even leading companies, he co-created LINEN Cloud, a SaaS planning platform, that gives GTM and Rev Ops teams the confidence to help their sales teams meet their revenue goals. The platform connects Sales Planning and strategy, tightly with Sales compensation in the execution phase, aligning both leading and lagging processes and KPI’s. It also uses AI to optimize key sales processes such as territory design and quota setting, leading to better aligned compensation and goal attainment.

Jacob holds multiple patents in planning algorithms. Previously, he has been speaker at notable events such as Oracle World and MicroStrategy World, and participated in various CXO panel discussions. Having spent over two decades in Sales & Finance operations, he offers invaluable insights, best practices and actionable steps for overcoming your planning and operations hurdles.

Jacob holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary in Virginia and is based in Silicon Valley, CA. Under his leadership, LINEN Cloud has earned a spot on the Forrester list of vendors in Sales Performance Management and serves prestigious clients like Cisco, Netskope, Payscale, and Sedai.
