He currently serves as Group Leader, Compensation Strategy & Executive Talent at Toyota Motor North America, where he leads compensation strategy and oversees Executive Talent & Total Rewards.  John spent the majority of his career at PepsiCo, serving in multiple roles across North America and global businesses. He most recently led Global Incentive and Frontline Compensation Strategy for 240,000 employees across six divisions, with over 200 sales compensation plans supporting over 100,000 sellers worldwide and previously led a significant sales compensation transformation at Frito-Lay North America.

He is recognized for designing scalable, business-aligned reward frameworks that balance governance, commercial impact, and employee engagement.
