James Jackson is a revenue operations executive with 15+ years scaling global GTM engines at category-defining technology companies including Snowflake, DocuSign, Cisco Meraki, and Canva. He currently serves as VP, GTM Excellence at Convera, a PE-backed fintech company, where he leads Revenue Operations, Sales Compensation, and the global SDR organization.

At Snowflake, James served as Global Head of Revenue Operations, architecting compensation and planning infrastructure across 2,700 sellers in one of enterprise SaaS’s most complex usage-based environments. At DocuSign, he built the sales excellence function that turned enterprise into the company’s fastest-growing segment. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

James is a frequent speaker on RevOps, GTM strategy, and the future of sales performance — and believes the best revenue organizations win by tearing down the walls between Sales, Finance, and Operations.
