Process
Led by the WorldatWork Events team, review teams will help evaluate submissions to speak at Sales Comp '26.
Within our ever-changing profession, this process presents a best practice for ensuring optimal, world-class, peer-reviewed education sessions.
Criteria
✔ The number of reviewers from the same organization will be limited.
✔ Reviewers must be unbiased in reviewing, scoring and commenting on submissions.
✔ All reviewer candidates are evaluated by WorldatWork.
✔ Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest.
✔ Reviewers must be active sales compensation or benefits practitioners.
Reviewer Requirements
✔ Be a current WorldatWork member. Only active WorldatWork members will be considered. Member account ID is required to submit the application.
✔ Submit a completed online reviewer application.
✔ Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one or more key topic areas.

Reviewer Responsibilities
Review and Score Submissions
Reviewers will read and evaluate session submissions online via the Call for Content site. A reviewer should expect to review and evaluate/score an average of 20-30 submissions in a given topic area.
Each submission will take approximately 10-20 minutes to review.

Reviewer applications must be completed by the reviewer themselves.
You can make edits to your application anytime prior to the Call close date of February 9. Click "Log In" from the top menu, enter your email and password to login to your account. You can access your application from "Application" on the top menu.
Yes! Reviewers can still submit to speak at Sales Comp '26. During the review period, you'll have the option to recuse yourself from any sessions you submitted or are a part of.
