Prior to Chamberlain, she held key leadership roles at the American Red Cross and Institutional Capital, where she streamlined processes, led high-impact teams, and implemented data-driven solutions. She is passionate about empowering organizations through smarter, scalable incentive strategies. Outside of work she enjoys going to the theater and concerts, adventures with family/friends and is trying to get back into tap dancing.
