Lily Scanlon is a Senior Principal with Korn Ferry in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Ms. Scanlon is a driven, enterprising client service professional with a successful track record in relationship and engagement management. She partners with executives and senior leaders to design solutions that will help them attract, assess, develop, retain, and motivate employees, enabling their business, organization, and people to perform and grow. Prior to joining the Korn Ferry, Lily worked at Gallup Consulting. She was also the Director of a national charity endurance program. Lily brings 10+ years of experience in organizational and talent strategy. She specializes in behavioral economics, organizational effectiveness, competency modeling, leadership development, and building and launching assessments for hiring and development purposes. Lily earned her master’s degree in business administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and bachelor’s degrees in History and International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. She is also a certified Clifton Strengths coach.
