Keith is a sales operations executive with 20+ years in senior roles for global consulting firms and corporate functions. His primary area of expertise is global sales compensation strategy, design, and communication. Keith held roles with The Alexander Group, Mercer (including three years in Australia as a thought-leader and project manager), and Axiom Consulting Partners where he helped improve sales effectiveness for companies across all major industries. At Dell Technologies, Keith has led a broad-based compensation team (including significant M&A / integration work) and currently focuses on managing change and optimizing the investment of over $1.5B in variable sales incentives. He leads the global sales compensation design team building and communicating plans for its sales force with 30,000 team members. Keith has been an active member of the Sales Compensation Advisory Council for WorldatWork.
Keith has an M.B.A. in marketing and information systems from Indiana University and a B.S. in social science from the University of California, Irvine.
