Sarah Holmes is the Head of Total Rewards at Synovus, a financial service organization. In this role, she leads the strategic design and administration of compensation, variable compensation and benefits.
Sarah started her career in finance and later moved into HR. Her HR experience has ranged from HRIS, Payroll, Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Total Rewards working for small to global organizations, with heavy experience in financial services industry. Sarah has a MA in Organization Management from University of Phoenix. She is also a graduate of CBA’s Retail Bank Management program. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute, a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) through World at Work. Sarah currently serves on the Sales Compensation Advisory Council, as well as teaches sales incentive courses for World at Work.
