Joshua Sivaslian is Senior Director of Sales Operations and Sales Compensation at Box. He leads a team responsible for sales capacity planning, territory design, quota setting and sales compensation plan design for Box’s salesforce worldwide. Prior to his current role at Box, Sivaslian worked in management consulting as well as at technology companies of different sizes. He has had the privilege of working in a variety of areas supporting sales organizations including sales strategy, sales operations and sales compensation design.
