Mr. DeCoster is the Head of M&A Sales Compensation Strategy at Cisco Systems. He is based out of Los Angeles, CA and has a history of helping companies navigate bespoke, and often high risk, sales challenges. Paul has a broad set of experience with a specific focus on the Sales function – from start-ups to Fortune 100, selling to advising on how to sell, in-house to consultant, and sales strategy to sales technology implementation. Mr. DeCoster takes pride in being able to translate technical information into practical recommendations that can be understood cross-functionally.

Over his 15 years in sales effectiveness, Paul has worked with dozens of companies across all major industries. Although his focus has been sales compensation, he is also an expert in go-to-market design, sales strategy, and leading teams through complex change. Mr. DeCoster graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of WorldatWork and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) and serves as Faculty.
