Christina Hussong is a Senior Director in WTW’s Sales Effectiveness & Rewards (SE&R) and Work & Rewards (W&R) practices. She brings over 16 years of compensation consulting experience to her clients, including substantial work with companies looking to launch new sales incentive plans and/or redesigning them for traditional sales roles but also in frontline and contact center environments.  She has advised leading sales organizations in evaluating compensation strategy, pay levels and designing incentive plans that improve overall productivity/effectiveness and motivate profitable growth.  She has been a speaker at WorldatWork’s Sales Compensation Conference and has contributed to WorldatWork’s Sales Compensation Focus.
