Fraudulent Housing "Pirate" Information
It has been brought to our attention that a “housing pirate” has reached out falsely claiming to be affiliated with WorldatWork or Sales Comp’24 claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms for this year’s conference.
Please note that no WorldatWork-authorized organization will contact you concerning Sales Comp’24 hotel or housing. Accommodations associated with special event pricing should be booked directly through the official Sales Comp’24 housing portal. Please contact events@worldatwork.org with any questions or concerns.
Reporting Fraud
What to do: If you are contacted or emailed by someone sharing a booking link and/or any special offers for the conference hotel, please DO NOT click any links or engage at all with the individual. If they share any information with you, such as the name of their company, their name, company address, email address and/or telephone number, please make a note and forward that information to us at events@worldatwork.org.
Travel Information
Traveling to and from San Francisco
Participants can fly to Sales Comp’24 through the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). SFO is located 13.6 miles away from the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. For more information, please visit the SFO website.
Getting to the Hilton from SFO
From SFO, take Highway 101 north and exit at 7th street. Turn right on Folsom Street, then left on 5th Street. Cross Market Street and turn left on Ellis Street to Mason Street. The garage entrance is on Ellis Street between Mason and Taylor Street.

Rideshare Apps
Lyft and Uber are available as rideshare app options at SFO.
Domestic Terminal Pick Up
Lyft and Uber Domestic pick ups are located on Level 5 of the Domestic Garage. Domestic drop offs are at the Domestic Terminal curbside. Each Domestic Terminal has a corresponding pickup area in the garage core as follows:
- Terminal 1 – A/B & B
- Terminal 2 – C & D
- Terminal 3 – E, F & F/G
Uniformed coordinators are stationed at each zone from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. to assist guests with questions or concerns.
Guests requesting a wheelchair accessible vehicle may also request a pickup at the Domestic Terminal curbside where an ADA ramp is available at Terminal 2 and 3. At Terminal 1, vehicles may use the front side of a crosswalk to load the wheelchair ramp. Level 5 of the garage is also ADA accessible.
International Terminal Pick-ups
International Terminal guests should proceed to the Departures/Ticketing Level center island Lyft and Uber Pick-Up/Drop-Off zones 14-17 for both pick ups and drop offs.
Public Transportation
Clipper Card is the Bay Area's all-in-one transit card. Save some time and skip the ticket machine line. Instead of buying a Clipper Card at SFO, just add the Clipper Transit Card to you Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once you do and load funds, you’ll be able to use your mobile device or smart watch to pay for transportation on 24 Bay Area transit systems including BART, Muni, Caltrain, SamTrans, San Francisco Bay Ferry, and Golden Gate Ferry.
The Hilton San Francisco Union Square is located just two blocks from the historic cable cars, as well as Powell Street station, with access to Muni and BART.
