Brittany is an Associate Vice President at Humana, Inc. and has over 17 years of experience in sales compensation governance, design, implementation and administration.  Brittany leads the short-term incentive enterprise center of excellence, which is responsible for the entire life cycle of the incentive process for all broad-based short-term incentives, sales compensation programs and targeted KPI driven incentive plans.  Brittany also leads a team of broad-based compensation professionals who support the Insurance Services and Primary Care Organization within Humana.  Brittany is skilled at leading cross functional teams, developing talent, creating strategic solutions which deliver key business results and process execution.   
 
Brittany’s major projects have included designing global job architectures, design and implement global broad-based pay and recognition programs, short-term KPI incentive plan design and implementation, sales compensation design, implementation and administration, sales compensation operations, shot-term incentive analytics’, creating total reward strategies and leading total reward refresh.
