Mausam Mathur is a founding partner and President of Blue Horizons Group.  He has over 20 years of experience in business and technology consulting, with a focus on Sales Performance Management.  He has developed a deep understanding of the business implications of automation and the importance of holistic solution design, as a business is greater than the sum of its parts.  Prior to founding BHG, Mausam was a business architect for a Fortune 100 company and the Chief People Officer for an international start-up, growing the company by more than doubling its personnel and adding multiple international jurisdictions for operations.  He has led and implemented many enterprise change initiatives in sales, territory, and quota, and incentive compensation using various software platforms.
