A seasoned Total Rewards and Revenue Operations leader with experience spanning the technology and business services sectors for complex, multi-business unit enterprises, Kelly has successfully navigated the evolution of sales compensation from a back-office administrative function to a critical engine of revenue strategy. Having risen through the ranks from a hands-on technical analyst to a strategic director, she brings a unique perspective on how cross-functional alignment between Sales, Finance, and HR drives true revenue optimization. 

Kelly holds an MBA from Drexel University and a BA in Mathematics from Ursinus College and resides in the greater Philadelphia area.
