Jenny Murnane-Rainey is a management & finance professor at Midland University. She has held sales, marketing, and customer service leadership positions in the financial services, business services, and education industries. She was the innagural director for the Human Capital Lab, focused on helping organizations measure their investments in human capital. She has a Ph.D. from Iowa State University and an MBA and BSBA in Finance & Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
