Anna Simon

Anna is a manager in ZS’s Sales Compensation practice, with nearly a decade of consulting experience helping clients create motivational sales compensation plans and fair quotas, while also helping them administer the plans on the back end. Anna has designed and administered sales compensation plans for sales forces of all maturity levels (brand new to decades old) across industries.

Anna serves on ZS’s Sales Compensation Leadership Team and facilitates sales compensation roundtables that bring multiple companies together to discuss compensation-related trends and strategies. She also teaches on the topic of Sales Compensation in the Executive Education Program at the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University.

Anna is on the Women@ZS global leadership team with a focus on strategic hiring, and has spoken at several conferences on strategies and tactics to increase diversity and belonging in the workplace.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University.
