Anna is a leader in ZS’s Sales Compensation Practice who brings over a decade of consulting experience partnering with clients to create motivational sales compensation plans.

Anna has designed and administered sales compensation plans for sales forces of all maturity levels (brand new to decades old) across industries, including CPG, financial services, high tech, and pharmaceuticals. In addition to client work, she leads the development of new Sales Compensation assets and facilitates sales compensation roundtables that bring multiple companies together to discuss compensation-related trends and strategies. She also teaches on the topic of Sales Compensation in the Executive Education Program at the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University.

Anna also has experience designing and implementing reporting platforms, change management, and user experience research.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University.
