Bruce Nichols is a Fortune 100 executive with proven track record leading HR, TR, HR Ops, communications, occupational safety and business relations in insurance, banking & finance, technology, and renewable energy.  He consistently drives organizational growth, operational efficacy, technology implementation, and leadership development. Roles have included HR leadership for a F100 global technology team in 16 countries, Head of HR for a global renewable energy company, and F500 Head of HR Services. Recently, Bruce has advised start-ups to larger companies to develop and scale TR and HR. 

Prior to The Human Resource Consortium, Bruce led Technology HR at Liberty Mutual delivering millions in savings with talent optimization and cloud technology. With CIOs, he effected succession strategies for high-potential IT leaders to attain executive roles. As HR Head for Wheelabrator Technologies, Bruce partnered with the CFO to create and implement new TR and AIP programs focused on strategy, business unit metrics, and individual performance while leading HR due diligence for the $2B PE acquisition. He also successfully designed and implemented a new organization with HRIS, Payroll, Total Rewards, and a HRBP Model to align people initiatives with business strategies. As VP HR Services at Citizens Financial, Bruce developed and implemented a new centralized HR service delivery model for 26,000 employees in 42 states, resulting in improved service effectiveness.  

Graduating from Norwich University with a degree in accounting he was commissioned as 2nd Lt US Army, serving with the 82nd Airborne where he led fire support teams and paratrooper preparedness training.
