Brad has spent over 25 years in the SPM/ICM space. In that time, he has taken on almost every role possible – data integration specialist, compensation configurator, project manager, services sales, software sales, and marketing. Immediately prior to BHG, he led Professional Services for IBM’s Varicent team, where he traveled the world supporting customers with implementation and software needs.​
