Adam Bisch has been a leader in Sales Compensation for over 15 years across multiple organizations and industries. Adam leverages his experience and expertise to educate business partners on the nuances of sales compensation while implementing mutually beneficial programs. Since 2010 he has led through an array of sales compensation changes including ICM system implementations, pay mix shifts, new plan development and goal setting optimizations. Adam joined the Grainger team in 2022 where he leads both the Sales Compensation Strategy and Execution functions for over 3,000 Grainger sales team member and leaders.
