David has been the lead or consultant on over 25 software projects in his 28+ year IT career.  He has led successful implementations on-site on five continents.  He is a globally recognized Incentive Compensation Guru and Subject Matter Expert (SME).  His Incentive Compensation background in multiple industries allows him to sort through complex scenarios and simplify for his clients.

David is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance and minor in German.  He is an avid golfer and an active sports coach, board member and parent.
