Currently serving in a global role as Director of Sales Performance Management at Hilton, Becky leads the strategic SPM roadmaps in collaboration with senior commercial leadership driving purposeful change that empowers people, unlocks performance, and delivers lasting impact.
Prior to this role, Becky spent 5 years working across SPM and Sales Strategy for Hilton in the EMEA region and has over 20 years’ experience in a career spanning high-impact roles across hospitality, real estate, luxury fashion, and consumer goods for companies such as Spectrum Brands, Burberry and Barratt Developments. She brings a range of commercial expertise having worked across Sales, SPM, Marketing and CRM blending strategic insight with operational excellence to drive transformation and bring functional commercial experience to the SPM Team.
Becky earned an undergraduate BA (Hons) in Marketing from Northumbria University and Post Graduate Diplomas from Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Data and Marketing and Birkbeck College, University of London.
