Steve leads ZS’s Sales Performance Management (SPM) practice area, where he is responsible for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and SPM partnerships, implementation, and operations delivery. Steve has been working with SPM technology since 2005 and has worked across ZS’s strategic advisory, technology, and operations capability groups at ZS. He helps companies think more holistically revenue management, growth, and profitability by using technology to influence behavioral change. Steve holds the Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) designation and has almost 20 years of sales compensation consulting experience spanning a variety of industries, including software, distribution, travel & transportation, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. He has helped companies design effective compensation plans, set motivating quotas, and implement efficient compensation administration solutions. A frequent presenter at multiple conferences and various webinars, he is a published author of frequent blogs and two books on sales compensation, The Future of Sales Compensation and Sales Compensation Solutions.
