Brandy Walton is a dynamic healthcare professional with extensive experience in operational leadership, business development, and strategic planning. Currently, Brandy serves as the Director of Commercial Operations at SpringWorks Therapeutics, where she drives key initiatives and implements sales strategies for growth. She utilizes data analytics to identify process improvements and optimize sales performance, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and other departments. Brandy's previous roles include Associate Director Marketing - HCP Engagement at Novartis, where she was responsible for regional strategy creation and the pull-through of national marketing strategy. She also served as the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations at Novartis, leading franchise strategic insights and execution of strategic imperatives. Brandy holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She has also completed a program in Artificial Intelligence in Pharma and Biotech at MIT Sloan School of Management.
