Stephanie Anne Martin, JD, is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in HR operations and total rewards. She currently serves as the Sr. Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards at SpringWorks Therapeutics in Stamford, CT. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. Her expertise encompasses executive compensation, job evaluations, sales compensation, wage and salary administration, health and welfare benefits, work/life benefits, and retirement programs. Stephanie has played a pivotal role in the global expansion of HR operations, successfully enhancing compensation and benefits programs across Europe while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. She also has led payroll operations for a multi-national workforce. Stephanie holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and an MS in Business Analytics from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. She also earned a JD from Marquette University Law School and a BA in Political Science and Religion from Temple University. Stephanie is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and is an active member of professional organizations such as the Total Rewards Association of Greater Philadelphia and World at Work.
