With over 15 years of experience working across sales strategy and operations-related functions of the hospitality industry, Taylor’s background includes strategic goal setting, incentive plan design and administration, implementation of both customized 3rd party technologies and SAAS solutions, reporting and analytics, cross-functional sales solutions and support, business partner consulting, and internal events and communications. Taylor joined Hilton in 2016 and has played an integral role in developing, launching, and supporting Sales Performance Management programs. Before joining Hilton, he spent 8 years working for Marriott International, where he served on the global Sales Strategy and Operations team for The Ritz-Carlton, EDITION, and Bvlgari brands. Taylor resides in northern Nevada with his partner and two Boxers. He finds joy in outdoor activities like downhill mountain biking and snowboarding. As a certified snowboard instructor with the American Association of Snowboard Instructors, Taylor volunteers at the Sky Tavern Junior Ski Program, helping kids of all ages and backgrounds develop a love and appreciation for snowboarding.
