Michelle Seger is the COO and Partner of SalesGlobe, a premier sales effectiveness consulting firm that specializes in designing and implementing strategies for revenue growth. At SalesGlobe, Michelle leads consulting operations and the private equity consulting services practice. She is an expert in Sales Change Management, guiding clients to achieve desired M&A outcomes, synergies from acquisitions, and modernizing sales coverage models in a rapidly evolving sales landscape.

She is host of the podcast “Riding the Big Wheel” highlighting the professional and personal stories of women in leadership across the world. As an international business leader, Michelle has worked across multiple industries across the Fortune 500 and owned her own retail and distribution business based in Lucca, Italy.

She holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business, concentrating on Global Business Management, and a BA in Spanish from Siena College.

In addition to her professional achievements, Michelle is a competitive triathlete and a multilingual enthusiast who enjoys traveling internationally and continuously learning about new cultures and the impact of culture at work.
