James Mulligan brings over 15 years of diverse experience in driving sales compensation strategy and sales at Varicent. Starting his career with Varicent Software in 2006 as a Business Consultant, James has demonstrated remarkable versatility, holding multiple roles throughout his tenure. His contributions include building out the Varicent Training organization and being the first “boots on the ground” in Europe, as well as excelling in various sales roles, from services to pre-sales and sales management.
After a brief period exploring other opportunities, James returned to Varicent to lead the Go to Market enablement function, focusing on bringing innovative technology solutions to clients. His leadership is pivotal in translating complex technologies into actionable market strategies, driving customer engagement, and enhancing revenue performance.
