In an 18-year career with T-Mobile, Eric has served in a wide variety of roles, including two years in a sales role earning a commission and now seven years on the other side, paying commissions. He has led teams that pay and support Retail, B2B, as well as T-Mobile partners. He is currently the Director of Commissions, responsible for paying Authorized Retailers for both T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile.

Eric has a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Whitman College.

When he is not paying commissions, you will most likely find him reading a book or spending time with his wife Haley and their two daughters.
