Nick Metcalf is the Director of GTM Strategy and Planning at Alteryx, where he develops and evolves the GTM Strategy in coordination with the Executive Leadership Team, as well as manages the execution of that strategy from Commissions, Territory & Quota, Strategic PMO, and Policies. Nick's career has been focused around designing best-in-class commission programs and automating them through technology and process to build incentives that maximize revenue, while minimizing cost through scalable and efficient back-office operations.

Nick has a bachelor's degree in Statistics and an MBA with Finance and Marketing certifications from Colorado State University.  He resides in Bentonville, Arkansas with his wife and four children.
