John Waldron is a passionate Sales Compensation Leader with over 25 years’ experience at PepsiCo within Sales, Sales Ops, and Total Rewards. John is known for deep expertise and Sales Comp knowledge and developing strong partnerships that drive business outcomes.
In 2015 he moved to the Frito-Lay division to lead a Sales Compensation transformation for 20,000 Route Sales Representatives from a legacy commission plan to a dynamic bonus plan administered with an ICM/SPM solution. Today, John leads PepsiCo Global Incentive and Frontline Compensation Strategy supporting all 6 global business divisions encompassing more than 200 incentive plans for 140,000 plan incumbents.
