Richard’s academic background includes a B.S. in Accounting from Park University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University.

His proficiency extends to Strategic Leadership and Talent Development and Engagement, contributing to the success of renowned organizations such as Edward Jones, The Adecco Group, American Express, Citigroup, Santander, and JP Morgan. 

Richard is a respected industry figure, serving as faculty for World at Work and holding key roles as a Founding Member of CREW and both a member and faculty of the Experts Council for Hacking HR.
