Susan McCorkle is passionate about projects!  Serving as the Commissions Project Lead for the last 4 years, Susan has helped to onboard multiple divisions of Ravago, a global distributor of plastics & chemicals, onto the Varicent ICM tools.  

Beginning her career in Customer Service, Susan has managed Customer Service teams, documented sales operational processes, collected requirements for modifying business systems tools, and has developed strategic plans to implement organizational changes. Susan developed her passion for projects while managing the largest ERP switches and smaller acquisitions for Ravago. 

Outside of work, Susan enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
