Grant Berthold has spent the last decade in sales operations helping Workiva scale from a growth-stage SaaS startup to a $5B publicly traded company. Currently he is the Sr. Manager of the Sales Planning and Performance team, managing global territory & quota planning, forecasting, and providing pipeline & productivity insights and analysis. Prior to Workiva, Grant managed a customer service/sales team in the retail space and has held multiple positions in the real estate industry. When he’s not crushing spreadsheets, he’s crushing tricks at the local skatepark or crunching leaves on nature walks with his wife and two kids.
