She currently oversees territory & quota planning, forecasting, sales compensation design and administration and performance analytics. Prior to joining Workiva, she spent 6 years consulting on SPM and plan design best practices, and before that, was in the corporate tech space. Based in Clearwater, FL, she enjoys the sun 365 days a year and is a ten min drive from the beach, where she likes to work "remotely."
