Jessica Sanders is the Director of Sales Support at American Fidelity with 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has managed operational and process improvement initiatives built on lean and six sigma methodology across the organization, including the life insurance division in Latin America. More recently Jessica focuses on initiatives that align the home office and sales team around delivering the American Fidelity value proposition to customers. This includes training programs for new to tenured sales reps, developing and executing high-level sales strategy, and building sales compensation structure and incentives to ensure aggressive growth targets are met.
