Scott Sands is a Senior Partner in Simon-Kucher’s Atlanta office and leads the firm's Sales Effectiveness practice. Scott specializes in helping organizations deploy sales, marketing and service resources to drive profitable growth. This includes building scalable business models in complex global markets, setting goals for territories with wide variations in potential, and designing compelling incentives to attract/focus/motivate/retain top talent. Scott brings over 30 years of global experience, including corporate, consulting, and private equity leadership roles. His cross-vertical experience includes technology, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, CPG/retail, business services, and aerospace/defense. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University with dual majors in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. He also earned an MBA with a focus in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
