Katherine Kiesel is an Associate Director in the Work & Rewards practice of WTW's Chicago Office. Her human capital consulting experience spans a range of rewards topics including broad-based rewards, executive compensation and sales compensation. Katherine has experience managing rewards projects with clients across various industries (e.g., for-profit, healthcare, higher education, non-profit).
Katherine's major projects have included total rewards strategy and design, executive and broad-based pay level competitive assessments, sales compensation plan design, pay equity analyses, and broad-based pay program design including job architecture and job levelling.
Katherine has a B.A. in Economics and Hispanic Studies from Hamilton College.
