Molly Ahearne is in the final year of her Marketing PhD program at the University of Georgia. Prior to starting her PhD program, she worked in sales and sales management roles in the automotive industry. Since beginning her doctorate, she has worked with several sales organizations on a range of issues, including sales performance management, sales force incentives and ranking, negotiations, sales leadership, and the implementation of sales strategies.
