Colin leads the Banking and Financial Services Practice at BHG and has over 25 years of experience with major U.S. financial institutions including Citizens, Truist, M&T Bank and Bank of America. While with these banks, he led teams responsible for incentive plan design and administration and sales performance management, producing operational efficiencies and risk mitigation from process improvement and automation. 

Colin resides in Atlanta, GA and has a Bachelor of Computer Science from Carleton University in Ottawa. He also has a Master of Business Administration from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and completed the Executive Banking School program from the Consumer Bankers Association.
