Ron Burke serves as the Global Practice Leader for WTW’s Sales Effectiveness & Rewards (SE&R) practice. He brings over 25 years of sales effectiveness consulting experience to his clients, including substantial work with companies developing multi-country/global approaches to sales compensation. His work also includes a wide range of sales workforce and organizational effectiveness initiatives.  Ron previously led WTW’s SE&R practice for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He is a contributing author to The Sales Compensation Handbook (2nd Edition) and is a frequent speaker and author on sales effectiveness and compensation topics.
